• Just browse our shop and add any items that you wish to buy into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on the 'Show Cart’ link on the left hand side, where you will be taken to your shopping basket and given the option to amend your item quantities.

• Once you are happy, you can click the 'Checkout' button, located underneath your shopping cart.

• If you are not already registered and logged in, you will be asked to log in with your username and password, or create a new account.

• Once logged in, proceed through each stage of the checkout process, providing your billing and delivery details.

• You will then be asked to review your order information one last time, before clicking on the 'Confirm Order' button.

• When you choose to confirm your order, you will immediately recieve an email 'Purchase Order' and be re-directed to PayPal to make your payment.

• If you do not already have a PayPal account, then no problem, there is no need to register with PayPal. Just choose the option to pay without registering (this is a link, located on the left half of the PayPal page.

• Once you have paid for your order, you will be given the option to return back to LEDwear.co.uk and view a confirmation page, indicating that your payment was successful. If your payment has been successful, you will also recieve an email from LEDwear.co.uk confirming this (as well as an email from PayPal).

• If your payment was unsuccessful, you order will fail, and you will recieve an email from LEDwear.co.uk, confirming this. Prices and Delivery

All prices stated are inclusive of VAT where applicable. There are currently 3 standard delivery options is shown in the shopping cart. The option you need to select varies depending on your country of residence. Your order will be dispatched within 1 working day if the goods are in stock. If your item is not in stock, you have the option of entering your email address so that we can notify you once the item that you have requested is in stock. You will recieve an email once your order has been dispatched. International orders are generally received within 28 days.


Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

We will exchange or refund any item with which you are not happy, as long as both the packaging and the goods themselves remain intact. We offer free returns as standard on all the orders we despatch. You must contact us to arrange the return. If you choose to send an item by recorded or special delivery, we will refund the standard parcel rate of the postage and the extra cost will be at your own expense. We will only refund the value of the items returned and not the original delivery charge except where we agree otherwise. Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.
